Harlan inquired if anyone had read the proposal and wanted to know if there were any questions or concern with what was presented? He feels that this was a well presented and organized proposal, one of the best to date from the state. When you read this and find a section that concerns you or your district you need to get these concerns to Harlan or the recommended section so they can take note. Harlan also noted that they are listening and many of the recommendations and are acting on what is needed. Harlan reviewed many of the proposal noteworthy points and the effect it would have on your organizations. He also answered some of the questions that were presented. It is recommended that each person reads this proposal to have a clear understanding of what we will be faced with this later this summer around the month of September . The compliance section and the walk through of your fleet was the most discussed at this meeting. If there is any questions on this contact Harlan as soon as possible. The state Governor letter with the push for contract busing was also discussed. The discussion was again in great detail.
