Nothing now

* Summer Seminar;

Jason Johnson reported that time was the biggest problem, a discussion of door prize drawings and 50/50 was held and will still have 50/50 after dinner, and have door prizes drawn and have a board set up during seminar for people to look at to see if they won a prize.

Already have 2 classes set for seminar, Bendix North America will have 2 different classes, and they are trying to set up a Ride and Drive at a large parking lot for people to try electronic stability control on buses and large trucks.

More issues at the Oncenter was a cold classroom, audio, and keeping classes to a strick 40 minutes.

Going to rotate vendor booths 90 degrees for better flow.

Reminder to vendors that the Oncenter is union and you have to abide by union rules when setting up

* Sick Call;

None reported

* State HMA;

Jason Johnson reported that the MV300 form is going digital, still talking about compartments under side emergency door. Anyone that would like to attend state meeting is welcomed, they comprise of bus companies, contractors, HMA, DOT and DMV, and usually run about 1 1/2 hours.

A text was received at the meeting about faded red 8-way lenses and will result in an A defect if not red enough.

No one from DOT present

Vendor Information;

Bob from NYBS reported that they had problems of plugging of the dosing valve, worse at lower temps., no check engine light on, the gasket might be the issue or maybe reprogram computer or change spray pattern.

Kendall Southard from Polsinello introduced himself

Bill from PennDDA transfering to Buffalo area and introduced Andrew Vleck who will be taking over his territory, you can still call him on same cell number.

Round Table;

Ed from Oriskany reported that they just received a new propane powered C2 from Matthews.

Dan from Liverpool had to replace head on the air compressor, that was carboned up, could not clean it, new head was $560 and new compressor is $800. Unhooked intake from CAC and installed external filter.

Bob from Fayetteville-Manlius had to put a head on compressor. Mark Ingham said they have old style air filters for compressors in stock

Jeff from Jamesville-DeWitt had problems with brake lights on Blue Bird bus, found green monster in rectangle box, and the pins were not a common type.

Ed from Sandy Creek asked if anyone uses pneumatic torque wrench for wheels.

Jason from Horseheads had problems with brake squealing and tried linings from Abex that are made for buses only and working great with good brake stopping numbers. Watch out for Chinese 30/30 air chambers with square ports that are not long stroke chambers.

Next meeting will be January 20 hosted by Matthews Buses and Krown rust control at Nick & Angelo's Ristorante, 7376 Oswego Rd., Liverpool, NY used to be called Pier 57 or Carnegie 57

Motion made for adjournment of this meeting, seconded, and accepted.
